Grease and line each muffin tin, then fill each to the top with dough. 5. Melt the butter and combine all of the topping ingredients. 6. Generously cover each of the muffin top with topping. 7. Cinnamon Streusel Muffins makes 12 regular sized muffins Ingredients: 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup white sugar, 3 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 cup milk, 1/3 cup oil, 1 egg, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup cinnamon, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon Preheat oven to 400 degrees 1. Combine the flour, white sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. 2. Combing the oil and egg in the bowl of an electric mixer in a large bowl. 3. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. 4. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, butter. 5. Line and spray muffin tins and fill each up 2/3 of the way. Sprinkle the cinnamon topping on each. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Banana Cream Cheese Muffins Ingredients:1 large egg, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 bananas, 1 cup flour, 1/2 baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder Filling: 1 egg, 4 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tbsp flour Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 1. Combine the egg, sugars, butter, and yogurt in a large bowl. 2. Mash the bananas and add them into the mixture using a whisk. 3. Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set this bowl aside. 4. Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins Makes 24 muffins Ingredients: 3 cup flour, 4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 tsp vanilla, 2/3 cup white chocolate chips, 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries, extra sugar Oven at 425 degrees F 1. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, salt,, and cinnamon together in a large bowl. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the eggs and both sugars until combined with a whisk. 3. Fold the wet mix into the dry mix with a spatula 4. Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries, careful not to smash the raspberries. 5. Grease and line muffin tins. The, fill each cup with batter almost to the brim. 6. Sprinkle some coarse sugar on the top, and bake for 5 minutes. 7. Peel the two apples, then slice. Use the slicing part of the cheese grater to grate the apple slices. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flours, sugars, salt, baking powder, and spices. 3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. 2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and honey until the mixture is smooth. 3.
